Pre-Qualify
To start your application process, you may click here to complete your entire mortgage application online. Alternatively, you may complete the form on our home page and we can e-mail a Pre-Qualification form directly to you.
Once we have pre-qualified your for your mortgage loan, we will need to collect some additional documentation in order to submit a loan package to one of the more than 20 different lenders we work with in order to get you the best rate and terms possible. These documents may include but are not limited to:
- Two Years Tax Returns (if self-employed or if significant poritons of your income are derived outside of normal wages)
- Two Years W-2’s
- Two Most Recent Pay-Stubs
- Two Most Recent Statements for Relevant Bank and Investment Accounts
- A copy of Your Most Recent Mortgage Statement
- Copy of government issued identification (to include visa or green card if a Foreign National)
- Copy of your Social Security card
