Pre-Qualify
To start your application process, you may click here to complete your entire mortgage application online. Alternatively, you may complete the form on our home page and we can e-mail a Pre-Qualification form directly to you.
Once we have pre-qualified your for your mortgage loan, we will need to collect some additional documentation in order to submit a loan package. These documents may include but are not limited to:
- Two Years Tax Returns (if self-employed or if significant portions of your income are derived outside of normal wages)
- Two Years W-2′s
- Two Most Recent Pay-Stubs
- Two Most Recent Statements for Relevant Bank and Investment Accounts
- A copy of Your Most Recent Mortgage Statement
- Copy of government issued identification (to include visa or green card if a Foreign National)
- Copy of your Social Security card
